My name is Yoolree Julie Kim

Yoolree Julie Kim is the esteemed director of Bloom Scholars, bringing over seven years of expertise in education to her role. She holds both an Education bachelor's and honours degree from the University of Sydney and is currently on her journey towards a PhD in Inclusive Education. Julie is deeply committed to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. Her educational philosophy combines academic rigor with a holistic approach, ensuring students not only achieve academic excellence but also develop the creativity, confidence, and strong study habits essential for lifelong success. Under Julie’s leadership, Bloom Scholars is dedicated to empowering each child to realise their full potential.

My name is Soomin Jessica Lee

Jess Soomin Lee is a highly accomplished educator at Bloom Scholars, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Honours degree in Veterinary Science from the University of Sydney, reflecting her strong academic foundation. With extensive experience tutoring students in Korea to improve their English fluency and a background in high school debating, Jess combines exceptional communication skills with her passion for education. Her expertise in HSC Mathematics and Biology further strengthens her ability to guide students toward academic excellence. At Bloom Scholars, Jess is dedicated to overseeing NAPLAN exam preparations and providing high-quality mathematics tutoring. With her commitment to fostering confidence and mastery in her students, Jess ensures they achieve their goals and build the skills needed for lifelong success.

Home School Specialist / Curriculum Developer 

My name is Timothy Ok

Timothy Ok is a dedicated educator at Bloom Scholars, bringing a rich and varied background in both teaching and curriculum development to his role. With extensive experience tutoring and teaching primary students, Timothy combines his expertise in English education with a deep understanding of individualized learning. He has previously worked with large student groups as well as in home-schooling settings, giving him a versatile approach to student learning and curriculum design. At Bloom Scholars, Timothy serves as our Home School Specialist and Curriculum Developer, creating tailored learning plans that meet each student’s unique needs. Committed to fostering a love of learning and building strong foundational skills, Timothy supports students in achieving academic confidence and long-term success.

High School Maths Specialist / Primary Tutor

My name is Yohan Park

Yohan Park is an exceptionally accomplished educator joining Bloom Scholars, bringing a strong academic background and a passion for teaching. As the 2024 School DUX and School Captain, Yohan achieved an outstanding ATAR of 99.50, reflecting his dedication and high-level academic skills. He currently tutors both primary and high school students, specializing in OC and selective thinking skills, as well as high school Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry. Known for his motivation, diligence, and respectful approach, Yohan combines his impressive achievements with a genuine commitment to student growth. At Bloom Scholars, he is dedicated to nurturing critical thinking, academic excellence, and confidence in every student he works with.
